Meditation and Journal Reflections

Spend 15 minutes reflecting on the experiences you've had in your life around sales and marketing both positive and negative. Explore how they impact your perception of the role of sales and marketing in your business and your life currently.

After your meditation, spend some time journaling on the following questions:

What stories do you tell yourself that instil resistance in you to selling?

Are these stories true?

Have you had sales/business experiences in your life that have impacted your life for the better?

What new and more empowering stories will better serve you in your business journey?

If sales is a real sticking point for you then I recommend creating yourself some affirmations around the last journaling question.

Do your best to look at this as an opportunity to become more confident, a better communicator and a better leader.
