Beyond the workshops, Pai Brotherhood is a grounded space for men to connect, support each other, and grow together.
This isn't about macho posturing or heavy "men's work" - it's simply a community for modern men who value connection, integrity, presence, and real conversation. We share resources, coordinate meet-ups for activities, and create a culture of heart-led masculinity in Pai.

About Triss
I'm a transformational coach and facilitator who helps men develop emotional intelligence, authentic presence, and relational maturity.
After my own journey from emotional shutdown to genuine connection, I've dedicated myself to creating spaces where men can explore who they are beneath the conditioning - spaces where all expressions of masculinity are welcome and honoured.
My approach draws from embodiment work, parts work, NLP, and over five years of facilitating workshops and retreats internationally. I bring calm, grounded presence to the work, helping people navigate challenging emotions with clarity and compassion.
I'm based in Pai with my partner Luna. When I'm not in session, you'll find me DJing ecstatic dance, freediving, or training Muay Thai - always exploring the balance between depth work and play.
